The 2025 cycling season was truly exceptional and groundbreaking for KK Tarnovia. The club’s athletes achieved results that solidify their position among the national elite and prove that hard work and passion lead to spectacular outcomes.
KK Tarnovia secured a total of 14 medals at the Polish Championships, including an impressive 7 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze. This achievement leaves a lasting mark on the national peloton and raises expectations for the years to come. Additionally, the team earned 6 medals at the Interprovincial Youth Championships – 3 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze. When combined with the strong performance at the Polish LZS Championships, where athletes collected 5 medals including 4 gold (U23 and junior youth categories), one thing becomes clear: Tarnovia is a powerhouse of cycling talent that never slows down.
Every age category contributed to a result that simply cannot be overlooked. Tarnovia riders stood on the podium nearly 30 times, reaching the top step an outstanding 16 times. Each of these moments represents its own story of effort, challenges, comebacks, and powerful finishes to the very last meter.
Young athletes delivered especially noteworthy achievements. The Żak and Youth teams won the team classification at the Tour de Pologne Junior – one of the most prestigious accomplishments in this age category nationwide. Meanwhile, the Youth team claimed the title of Team Polish Champions for the third consecutive year.
The club ranks 6th in Poland and 3rd in the Greater Poland Voivodeship in the cycling discipline. In the overall ranking across all sports, Tarnovia holds the 193rd position out of 4172 classified clubs, with a total of 168 points.
