PIX.HOUSE – photography against reality
PIX.HOUSE studio is a place of exhibitions, meetings, workshops – in short: a place of education. Initiated by a social need, it is a gallery of documentary photography and reportage. Known for organizing numerous festivals, it enables contact with art: contemporary, thoughtful and engaged. As a publishing house it publishes visual stories, be it about the freedom uprising in Belarus, the participants of the Woodstock festival or the changes occurring in the country in recent years.
Appreciating the identity of the PIX.HOUSE studio, we are also involved in its history. We systematically support the activity of the place, especially the publishing of books. Why? Because we know and understand how important a role photography plays, both in observing what is present and in recording what will be past in a moment.
